After putting into use of  skip type concrete batching plant, should pay attention to the daily management of equipment to extend the service life and get more benefits. The following are the main factors you need to be aware of.

 

Firstly, the mechanical and electrical charger should guide workers before opening every day, then check, supervise and do “cross work” to the equipment and pay particular attention to the rectifying of the equipment belt and the cleaning of measuring pressure sensor.

 

Secondly, in case of continuous casting requirements of large volume concrete component of water, you must take some special process to control the equipment and formulate appropriate emergency measures of the equipment. The following four tips are important.

 

1. Focus on the maintenance of easy-failed parts and ensure that there are appropriate accessories reserves.

2. Contact with the power supply department and make sure they provide reliable guaranteed power.

3. Keep the backup generator in good technical state.

4. Maintain them well and prepare enough concrete mixing trucks. Make sure that there are enough vehicles.

 

Thirdly, skip type concrete batching plant should be equipped with two root hydraulic tubes so that they can be used for the concrete mixing truck when failure occurs and use other power to discharge the concrete from the self loading concrete mixer. You should appropriately spare pneumatic pick and keep clear of the solidification in the jar of the concrete pump.

 

When you do equipment maintenance, adjustment, or cleaning, you must cut off the total power switch and hang up a warning signs written “Maintenance, Forbidden to switch”.
